This group is for men who know they can have a lot more in life.
This 8-week experience will provide you with guidance, support, and education to help you feel more satisfied in your life.
Group size will be limited to 6 men learning about how to have better relationships with their families, how to feel more motivated to reach their goals, and how to take steps to accomplish what they want.
This group will take place once a week in Dover, NH (time to be determined).
Group will be facilitated by Shane Birkel, LMFT. Shane is a therapist who works mostly with couples and individuals who want more fulfilling relationships.
Cost of the group will be $50 for each of the 8 weeks (90 minutes each). Payment plans are available.
